Doors will open at 9:00 AM, 1 hour before programming begins.

This event is free to attend, however tickets are required to attend this event. Children will need a ticket if they plan on having a seat. All lap babies will not need a ticket.

Tickets can be reserved at here. Tickets will be immediately delivered after the sale via email.

Sometimes unexpected circumstances arise. We understand! That's why we are offering a return ticket option for this event. If you are not planning to use the tickets you reserved, you can sign in to My Account and initiate a ticket return. This will allow your unused tickets to become available to fellow patrons. Download your tickets for seamless event entry. Here's how you can easily access your tickets right from your smartphone:

1. Sign in to My Account from your mobile device.
2. Select "My Upcoming Events." 
3. Use the "Add All" feature to save your tickets to your mobile wallet.
4. When tickets appear, tap "Add" in the top or bottom right-hand corner to add tickets to your wallet.

Enhance your experience by downloading your tickets before you arrive at the event. By doing so, you will avoid any service issues at the venue. When you arrive at the event, simply present your mobile ticket on your smartphone at the scanners to ensure seamless entry.

You do not need to print out your tickets there will be a barcode on your phone that is your ticket.

When you arrive on property, you will head to the main entrance on the 2nd floor across the bridge attached to the parking deck or up the stairs off of Foundry Street. Our ticketing team will be stationed there to help check your entire party in. There will also be security to check all diaper bags, purses or any other bag must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC to enter the building. Otherwise you will be asked to return it to your car before being allowed in the venue. 

In hopes that all of our Athens Church attendees can come to this event including our amazing volunteers, we will not be providing childcare for this event. Nursing Mothers rooms will be available for those that need it, as well as a sensory room if your little one starts to feel overwhelmed. 

Please note, our event does use moving lights, loud music, strobe effects, and special effects. If you or anyone in your party is sensitive to these effects, please ask one of Guest Services volunteers for alternative seating options.

Akins Ford Arens has a clear bag policy. If you plan on bringing a purse/bag it must be clear. Diaper Bags are allowed but will be checked at security.

All seating is general admission. We recommend your whole party getting there early to find seats together. Also in anticipation of fully selling out the arena, we ask that you slide in and don’t leave any empty seats between you and other guests.

Yes, we will be capturing all elements of our 20th Anniversary Celebration—with professional videographers and photographers for transmission, broadcast, and promotional use. Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks in attending the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and releases venue and its agents from all related claims. Ticket holder grants permission to utilize the holder’s image or likeness in connection with any photograph, video or other recording means for transmission, broadcast or promotional use.

Yes, Akins Ford Arena is wheelchair accessible. If you have any issues or questions once you arrive on property, just ask one of our Guest Services volunteers and they will be happy to assist you!
