We’re starting a new location of Athens Church in Oconee County. This is a fantastic opportunity to impact more people with the life changing love of God.
We need you to help partner in creating this new expression of Athens Church. We need people to pray. We need people to volunteer. We need people to invite their friends. We need people to give. Find out how you can get involved today!
We are prayerful that the Oconee location will open in 2028.
We will have an opportunity to join the Launch Team soon.
Athens Church Oconee will be an expansion of Athens Church. We believe Athens Church will best reach our city as one church in three locations. The music, content, environments, and messages will be the same across campuses.
Located in South Oconee off US-441, right near Westminster Christian Academy.
We will announce the Pastor of the Oconee Campus in the future.
The auditorium will seat approximately 900 people.
Each of our family ministry environments will be available at Athens Church Oconee. Waumba Land will be able to serve 125 kids an hour. UpStreet will be able to serve 200 kids an hour. Students will be able to serve 175 students an hour.
