About Rebecca
With 15 + years of experience, I now serve high schoolers & adults in individual, couples, and family therapy. I am a compassionate, person-centered therapist who fosters unconditional positive regard and creates a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences and values—often incorporating spiritual perspectives—to process the past, thrive in the present, and move forward with hope. I utilize evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused approaches.
I support clients in navigating life transitions, strengthening mindfulness, enhancing emotional regulation and distress tolerance, building effective communication skills, and improving interpersonal relationships. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational conflict.
