About Taylor
Taylor is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Counselor as well as member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT) and American Association of Christian Counselors.
Taylor works with adults, couples, family, and adolescents 13+. She works with her clients on a variety of concerns, most of her clients seek support for anxiety, perfectionism, family conflict, codependency, parent/child relationship problems, couples conflict and communication concerns, miscarriage support, pre/postnatal concerns, life transitions, and PTSD. Taylor also enjoys premarital and preengagement counseling.
Her style incorporates structure and emotional expression that helps clients explore and process at their own pace in a safe environment. You can expect the sessions to open providing you the opportunity to go where feels important in that moment.
Taylor holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Graduate Certificate in Child and Adolescent Therapy from Richmont Graduate University. She completed her bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Science at the University of Georgia—Go Dawgs! She offers Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as an EMDR trained therapist. Additionally, She is a Gottman Couples Method Level 2 trained clinician and certified as a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator.
