About Nikki
Life is a gift, even though it doesn’t always feel that way. Relationship and family struggles, health concerns, addictions, losses, school/career stress, life stage transitions, trauma, and other challenges can leave us wondering where all the joy went and whether it will ever get better. Other times we just know something isn't quite right, we feel stuck, and we need help figuring it out or getting past it. If any of this sounds familiar, the good news is that you are not alone, and you CAN get past it. You don’t need to live with excess worry, sadness, shame, or anger, regardless of your circumstances. With a background in Health Psychology, I enjoy supporting clients to enhance well-being on multiple dimensions, including physical, emotional, social, and spiritual. My passion is providing a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space to work on what matters most to you, with the goal of getting you back to feeling content, confident, at peace, and joyful again. On a personal note, as a mom, wife, career professional, and survivor of MANY life stages, I know how overwhelming life challenges can feel, and I applaud you for taking steps to get help. Clients describe me as a warm, supportive, and insightful counselor who meets them where they are and helps them move forward. If you think we might be a good fit, please reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. It would be my honor to help you get back in touch with the joys of life’s greatest gifts.
