The process

Give everyone a destination

On launch day, members receive the time, room, and circle number. Leaders receive the same details with a roster link that works without logging in.

Self check-in drives attendance

Daily check-in schedules run for each event so individuals can check themselves in and attendance can be taken for the event.

Close the loop

Ninety minutes into the event, leaders get a roster reminder. The next morning, leaders and members can share how the first meeting went.
