Waumba Land

our environment for kids infant-preK

Online Check-In

Serve in Waumba Land

Waumba Land is for kids infant-preK and takes place every Sunday at 9:15 and 11:00.

Waumba Land is our weekly environment created especially for your infant (six weeks) through preschool-aged children. We can’t wait to meet them! In Waumba Land, we focus on 3 big ideas:

-God MADE me.
-God LOVES me.
-Jesus wants to be my FRIEND forever.

We plan a full hour for your child that includes centers, Bible stories, songs, crafts, games, and best of all, small group time for prayer and discussion. Toddler – Pre-K children will meet in a circle each week in their classrooms and learn about God in meaningful and developmentally appropriate ways through hands-on activities. 3s – Pre-K classrooms will participate in “Large Group” for their Bible story and worship. This is a full production they will not want to miss.

September 3
Bottom Line: Adam and Eve did not listen to the one rule God gave them, and that was not the good thing to do. (Genesis 3:1-24)
Ask: When will you obey?

September 10
Bottom Line: Jonah didn’t want to go to Ninevah, so he ran in the opposite direction, jumped on a boat, got thrown overboard, and then was swallowed by a big fish. Jonah should have obeyed right away! (Jonah 1:1-3:10)
Ask: Why did Jonah run from God?

September 17
Bottom Line: Namaan was a soldier who had to obey God, even though he didn’t want to. (2 Kings 5:1-14)
Ask: What happened when Namaan obeyed God?

September 24
Bottom Line: God rewarded Joshua and Caleb for obeying Him and exploring the new land He gave them. (Numbers 13-14)
Ask: How did Joshua and Caleb obey right away?
