Transit is for middle school students and takes place every Sunday at 9:15 and 11:00.
Ever been in the middle of a bustling train station during rush hour? Middle school students often feel that way—even when they’re alone! It can be a confusing and exciting time. Transit is our Sunday worship environment specially tailored to help them sort it all out.
With a dynamic worship experience—complete with a live band, inspirational speakers, heartfelt small group discussions, and fun games—students explore their relationship with Jesus and how that can influence every decision they make. The goal in Transit is for students to develop a faith of their own.
THIS MONTH IN TRANSIT
OCTOBER 1 Bottom Line: The Bible can be confusing, but context makes it clearer. (Luke 1:1-4) Ask: What’s your favorite way to read the Bible – an app on your phone, listening to an audio version, or in a physical copy?
OCTOBER 8 Bottom Line: The Bible can seem pointless, but it makes you better at life. (Psalm 119:105) Ask: What’s one reason you think people might not read the Bible when they need help?
OCTOBER 15 Bottom Line: Find a way to feed yourself (Hebrews 5:12-14) Ask: It’s great to have other people who feed your faith. Why is it also important to feed yourself?
OCTOBER 22 Bottom Line: Memorizing the Bible can seem useless, but it can provide help when you need it. (Psalm 119:11, Hebrews 4:12) Ask: How could memorizing a verse or passage of God’s Word help you in times when you need help?
